I cannot speak highly enough of this dental practice and Dr. Langner, Britney, Anna, and all the staff who are so reassuring, skilled, warm, and compassionate. I feel so well taken care of by them. They are my dental family. Dr. Langner was the first dentist to listen to my embarrassment about the declining condition of my teeth. She gave me beautiful, natural veneers that let feel great about my smile. I love that she's not an alarmist and never makes me feel like my teeth are going to fall out tomorrow (which several other dentists did). She and Britney are always concerned with my comfort, and she listens to my concerns. I am so happy I found this practice.

AGS is top notch. Every dentist and staff member goes above and beyond. Dr. Zaremba handled an emergency situation just this NYE, despite office being closed. He's a rock star. We've been patients for years, and wouldn't send our kids anywhere else. Thank you, Always Great Smiles!

Amy, Niki, and Dr. Langer are the best. They make your experience pleasant. The care receive is always the best. I would tell my friends and family to get any treatment from them.

I moved away from Glen Ellyn 3 years ago and drive the 30 miles to Always Great Smiles as I won't let anyone else touch me. Out of all the dentists I had ever visited in my life time, their staff are the most personable and caring, with Dr. Pecora setting the standard. Whenever I have a problem, like the filling that fell out Saturday evening, they find a way to get me in. I had a new filling by Monday afternoon. (If I had called them on Sunday, they probably would have found a way to get me in then!) I would recommend them to anyone looking for a first class dental experience!

Dr Pecora is hilarious, kind, and quick! His work is very thorough and he and the staff at Always Great Smiles make my visits humorous and as relaxing as possible! I highly recommend them.

I have been going to always great smiles for at least 50+ years. Everyone their is so nice. The work the dentist's do is outstanding. They will help you out when you need an emergency appointment. One year I did go to another dentist because of I wanted to try an in network dentist from my insurance. I was not satisfied with the work they did on my teeth and didn't feel comfortable there. I went back to always great smile and never looked back.

Dr Z is great. I've had a few minor dental problems (chipped tooth, loose filling) that he has handled wonderfully, and with same day appointments. And all of the staff that I've interacted with are thoughtful and kind. It's a well run operation.

Have been going to Dr. David Zaremba at Always Great Smiles in Glen Ellyn IL for many years. He is kind, compassionate and above all, he's a really great dentist. I lost a molar in my teens and kept a wisdom tooth so I could chew on that side. It hasn't been easy but he's been able to help me save that wisdom tooth and an adjacent tooth and avoid dentures and implants. He always goes out of his way to get the very best long term results possible for his patients. He's not only a great dentist, he's a great human being as well. Thank you Dr. Zaremba!
