Our Founder

Dr. Jourdan is the founder of our practice and has over 50 years of experience in the dental field. In those years, he has come to truly understand the science and physics of the dental profession. He has constantly reinvested time, talent, and energy into the practice, which is a philosophy that has been instrumental in keeping our office current and innovative over the years. He has focused a great deal of time in orthodontics. Dr. Jourdan also makes sure that everyone in the office attends the Chicago Mid-Winter Meeting. He has also been to Costa Rica to perform further study on Invisalign® and to see the plant from which the aligners are made and developed. His approach toward dentistry stresses attention towards the thoughtful, comprehensive diagnosis of all factors that contribute to the patients’ dental health. Combined with his experience, his professional craftsmanship allows him to use this to achieve successful results.

Dr. Jourdan has three children and nine grandchildren. When he is not practicing dentistry, he is following his passions of meeting new people, traveling, flying airplanes, hunting, fishing, and gardening.

Dr. Jourdan is a graduate of the University of Illinois, School of Dentistry. He has spent time as an instructor of advanced prosthodontics and he has completed numerous comprehensive courses in orthodontics. He is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), Chicago Dental Society (CDS), Illinois State Dental Association (ISDA), a charter member of the American Academy of Functional Orthodontics (AAFO), and has served as President of the DuPage County Medical Society.
