Meet Our Doctors

Dr. Pecora has practiced dentistry with our team for over 25 years in Glen Ellyn. He has been an indispensable addition to the practice over these years and has played a prominent role in the growth of the practice. He is a highly accomplished dentist who is adamant in achieving outstanding cosmetic and functional results. His outgoing and friendly nature puts people at ease and allows people to have a relaxing time while receiving the care that they need.

Dr. Pecora and his wife, Kate, have four children. Dr. Pecora has been very active in his community and church. He enjoys sports, traveling, fine dining, and Rat Pack Music, especially Frank Sinatra.

Dr. Pecora has a MS in micro-biology from the University of Illinois at Chicago and is a graduate of the University of Illinois of Chicago School of Dentistry. He is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), Chicago Dental Society (CDS), and the Illinois State Dental Society (ISDS). 

Dr. Langner has been a valued member of the Always Great Smiles team since her graduation in 1995. Her sincere concern for her patients’ best interests and her calm reassuring manner puts her patients at ease. Along with utilizing the latest advancements in dental technology, Dr. Langner’s thorough attention to her patients’ needs provides outstanding results.

One of her lifelong passions in health is treating patients who suffer from snoring habits and sleep apnea. As a member of the AADSM (American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine), she uses oral appliances to help her patients achieve a healthier and more restful sleep.

Dr. Langner lives in Glen Ellyn with her wonderful husband, Tom, and their three active sons. She enjoys listening to music, going to movies, swimming, boating, and especially spending time with their family.

Dr. Langner has a bachelor of biological science degree and a minor in chemistry from Northern Illinois University. She is a graduate from the University of Illinois Dental School. Dr. Langner is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), Chicago Dental Society (CDS), Illinois State Dental Society (ISDS), and the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine (AADSM).

Dr. Zaremba has been practicing dentistry with Always Great Smiles since his graduation from dental school in 2001. During this time, he has demonstrated a warm, caring demeanor toward his patients with meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of dental care. He immediately became a perfect fit in the practice.

Dr. Zaremba was raised in St. Charles, Illinois. He is married to his lovely wife, Kelli. Together they have two beautiful children, Adelin and Grant. They currently reside in Wheaton. Dr. Zaremba enjoys playing music, specifically the guitar, playing and watching sports, fishing, boating, traveling, and doing home improvement projects.

Dr. Zaremba earned his bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Illinois where he minored in chemistry. He earned his DDS from the University of Illinois, Chicago Dental School and is currently a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), Chicago Dental Society (CDS), and the Illinois State Dental Society (ISDS).
