At Always Great Smiles, we are all cosmetic dentists. We believe all dentistry you have done at our office should make your teeth look and feel good. We haven't used amalgam (silver) fillings in our office since the 1980's, for both health and aesthetic reasons. Our lab-created restorations, like crowns, bridges and veneers are made of the strongest ceramic and porcelain available.

Veneers are all porcelain laminate restorations that cover the front side of your tooth and wrap around the incisal edge to the back. A minimal amount (millimeters) of tooth structure is removed to prepare the tooth then a digital impression scanner is used to take precise measurements of your teeth for optimal fit. When the veneers are created, the dentist will either match them to the surrounding teeth in your smile, or create a permanently whiter smile by utilizing lighter teeth shades, while making sure that they still look natural and allow light to shine through, not reflect back. Since dental porcelain does not stain, you can say bye-bye to whitening.
